Once you know how to become a Notary… the answer is YES, you can be a Notary and Signing Agent in the state you live in, not in all 50 states.

And technically…. Yes, you can even be a Signing Agent, Notary Signing Agent, or Loan Signing Agent in your state, as they are all the same thing.
