After reviewing the Accounting Softwares out there today, we tip our hat to Notary Gadget as our recommendation. Most of our Team Blueprint uses them on a daily basis.
NotaryGadget has a specialized all in one system designed for both Notaries and Notary Signing Agents to help them manage their business everyday. Their cloud based electronic notary software tracks income, expenses, net profit, and even tracks your loan signing appointments and logged miles together. They have reports that help you stay organized for tax time, and provide easy calendar integration for your loan signings.
Not only is it specifically catered for Notaries and Notary Signing Agents, it is easy to use. You can access directions to your appointment through their software as well, how neat is that?! They are so convinced you’ll love it, that they even provide you a certain amount of closings entirely free through our link (no matter how long it takes you), so you can give it a full test drive.
For the occasional time an invoice is required in this signings business, you can send it directly from their software. If you’re not aware, most companies have automatic invoicing with signings so you don’t usually have to send one at all.
You can also access their Notary software from any device, at any time. This is a nice touch, considering most Signing Agents can work from home or on the road. They also have their Notary Gadget App, and their service is cloud based for their accounting software.
Team Blueprint used a custom Microsoft Excel sheet in our Blueprint Program up until this software was invented. Our custom excel sheet was great for tracking orders, payments, and logging miles… but it has its clear limitations.
For example you cannot invoice customers automatically or have signing integration with your phone calendar with an excel sheet. The excel sheet does not give you directions to appointments. Although it does track income and expenses, it’s a very manual process making tax time and paying estimated taxes way harder than it needs to be. Notary Gadget is cloud based automatically giving you peace of mind.
