Honest and Upfront. Team Blueprint WILL:

• We’ll always show you a broad spectrum and variety of results from real students or team members. These testimonials were shared to us by team members who actively put in time and effort, and took ownership of their future with our business development training.
• We’ll always show results from both full-time and part-time people from all around the country who have taken our program. This includes both brand new and existing Signing Agents. Most people really appreciate seeing the wide variety of results.
• We’ll always show income on a “per signing” basis, but also daily income, weekly income, monthly income, and yearly income when possible. Keep in mind that any images showing “in one day” earnings does not necessarily mean “every single day”. We also have plenty of reviews without any income discussed.
• When results are shared to us by students, we typically ask for “averages” when possible, in addition to what they’ve shared with us. This helps anyone get a more clear and transparent picture to see averages along with the other information they’ve shared. Our internal team ensures that any personally identifiable information is removed from those images. This allows us to make sure our team will never be bothered by NSA’s outside of our program.
• We’ll always show any and all legal disclaimers upfront as requested or required by law, that are easy to read, find, and understand. Our website and resources are both informational and educational, and is not professional advice. • We’ll never require or force students or team members to “disclose earnings” or to “check in” with us. This means we’ll never know or be able to share what percentage of our students earn a certain amount.
• We’ll never promise or guarantee any type of earnings, or minimum earnings to you. We don’t guarantee you’ll make any less, any more, or the same as others. We provide business development training, certification, and mentorship. Rest assured that you’ll be running your own business and are 100% in charge at all times. Only you know what you’re truly capable of. Your results if any, will come from many variables that we have no control over such as: your energy, skill set, education, and work ethic. We are not responsible for your decisions. 
• We’ll never make false, misleading, or deceptive statements. We’ll never show you “just the best” testimonials we have. You’ll never see “only our best or highest” testimonials on any of our sales pages. Top earning students cannot be considered average earnings. Prior results of others do not guarantee any type of future outcome.
• We do not give any payments for testimonials to our team members. Jon has generously provided complimentary access to our Inner Circle Mastermind for 1 year to a select handful (about 5) of our hardest working team members, which some may view as compensation. These students regularly went above and beyond in our private team community, and are also leaders in their local community as well. Our entire moderator team for our support group does receive pay, and a few internal company services free of charge as a perk.

Industry Leading Transparency:

• Many claims of “other programs” show people making $30K a month, or making $20K a month part time, or making 7 figures a year with other businesses. NSA Blueprint will never deceive you or give you the wrong impression like this. We are honest, and it clearly shows. We’ve earned our track record and reputation one student at a time. Showing “only the best” results is very misleading, sets you up to fall short, and also gives the wrong impression. This is one reason of many we go out of our way to ensure a wide broad spectrum of results from our team is shown along with proper disclosures.   

Average Income in the Signing Agent Industry (Not NSA Blueprint specific):

• Signing Agents work for themselves, and this is your business. This means that Signing Agents are the ones who determine 1) how many hours they work, 2) how much they charge for each loan signing, and 3) how many loan signings they take per day. For these reasons, it can be challenging to pick an “average income” with these variables. 
• Average Income – We estimate an average income for a full time Signing Agent to be around $50K – $80K a year. This conservative estimate uses average loan signing fees of $75-$200 ($125 average), at an average number of hours worked per week (40 hours), with an average number of signings per day between 2-3 (2.5 signings). The math shows 2.5 signings a day X $125 per signing is $1,562.50 per week X 52 weeks is $81,250 per year. Remember that loan signings take around 30 minutes once you’re trained by an expert. 30 minutes X 2.5 signings a day is around 75 minutes spent with customers, leaving 6.5 hours left in the day for everything else (most expert NSA’s just do more loan signings with this time). 
• These are industry averages overall, and are not NSA Blueprint specific averages since we will never force team members to disclose earnings to us. There are laws requiring us share what “average income” is, and we share this estimate by the overall industry. Starting any new opportunity will involve some risk. Even with this being the case, NSA Blueprint will still never promise or guarantee any type of minimum earnings to you since we provide the training, and we are not running your business for you. You are 100% in control of your business 100% of the time.
