- Asking for a refund because you think you need to be a Notary “before” working with us. This is NOT an issue at all since you do not need to be a Notary before working with us. Part of our program automatically helps and guides you with becoming a Notary.
- Asking for a refund because you think “being a Notary is all it takes” to be qualified to get loan signings. It’s not. This is NOT an issue at all since our program will be showing you the requirements to get loan signings. Automatically included in your program we’ll be helping you and guiding you step by step with everything you need to get loan signings.
- Asking for a refund because you think “your state” will provide you loan signing training, provide you loan signing certification, provide you loan signing orders, or provide you loan signing support for your business and questions. They don’t. Our program provides you with the expert training, provides you certification, gives you highly rated hiring companies and clients to get loan signing orders from, and even provides you optional mentorship to help you achieve more in this business.
- Asking for a refund because you think that this doesn’t work in “your area”. This is NOT an issue at all since loan signings happen in all 50 states, and our training and program works in all 50 states. You’ll just be working around where you are though.
- Asking for a refund because you think we “don’t provide you with hiring clients, don’t provide you with hiring companies, or don’t show you how to get loan signings”. - You have 30 days for a full refund, with day 1 being the same day your course was purchased in our systems.
- You also need to view less than 90% of the program for a full refund, determined by the course hosting software. Why less than 90%? You can’t go 100% and earn your Loan Signing Certification with us and ask for your money back. That is considered abuse of the program. Progress is defined by the course View &/or Completion, whichever number is higher we are required to use.
To get a full refund for your Discover, Elite, or Blueprint Course: 1) please email TeamJon@NSABlueprint.com before your 30 days expires, 2) be 89% or less progress on your certification course, and 3) include your full name and email used to purchase your program, and 4) include your refund request listing out your specific program name. You are eligible for a full refund if you meet the terms above, and follow our instructions. If you don’t meet the terms listed above or do not follow instructions, you are not eligible for a refund. Initial Mastermind Purchase:
- You have 10 days for a full refund, with day 1 being the same day your course was purchased in our system.

Mastermind Payment Renewals:
- As discussed with you during our offer to join us and our sales page, this is an automatic yearly membership where you can cancel yourself anytime 24/7/365, or you can email the office and they will cancel on your behalf.
- You will get an email 45 days prior to your renewal date directly from our merchant services company, and this will be sent to the email you have on file.
- On a yearly renewal payment, your renewal charge may be refunded (except the merchant processing fee of $150 which is a non refundable cost) for late cancellations as long as it is in writing to our email address within 3 days of the renewal charge, with your renewal charge date being day 1. Once your 3 days has passed, we are unable to provide any refunds under any circumstance as you’ve essentially prevented a spot from being available to another valued team member.
