If you don’t know by now, once you get your Notary Commission, it will open up many doors of opportunities!
You can work at hospitals, schools, or even be a full-time or part-time Notary Signing Agent who helps people sign paperwork when it comes to mortgage transactions.
When you have your Notary Commission, people and companies actually seek you out to do things such as become mystery shoppers, proctor of exams, and other inspection type work naturally because Notaries are usually Type A and very detailed people! They are also more trusting in general!
So how do you get your Notary Commission? I’ve had mine for over a decade. You can get it from your Secretary of States office where you live!
Once you get it, you’ll be able to get the next credential of being a Notary Signing Agent which allows you to make $75-$175 for each loan signing that you complete for the lending industry. Your able to simply walk people through signing their paperwork when it comes to buying a home, selling a home, refinancing and more. Once your trained you’re appointments will be less than an hour, allowing you do to several in a day if you choose!
You may not know, that you do NOT need to get the NNA Signing Agent Certification to get signings! Every hiring company is different! Please ask me if you have any questions!

Let me start by saying a Notary and a Notary Public are the exact same thing! Phew…

As far as the other titles of Signing Agent, Certified Signing Agent, Loan Signing Agent, Certified Loan Signing Agent, Real Estate Notary, Notary Signing Agent, Certified Notary Signing Agent, and Certified Signing Specialist…. these are all the same thing too!
Keep in mind…Notaries work more on General Notary Work or GNW such as paperwork that needs to be notarized for financial institutions, schools and even hospitals. The latter usually work more on Loan Signings, or Mortgage closings for a living.
YES you can be a full-time Notary or be a part-time Notary too with your Notary Commission! There are plenty of part time Notary jobs and in my course I specifically show you how to start a mobile Notary business to make the most full time or part time!
So when you have your Notary Commission, does a Notary or Notary Signing Agent earn more?
Notary Signing Agents earn more because… what they work on just requires more knowledge when it comes to the Real Estate transactions. Because they need to know more, they get paid more, to the tune of $75-$175 per closing!
